We are delighted to welcome Christiane Warren to the Ticknovate team!  In her role as Product Manager for the Ticknovate platform, Christiane will have a strong focus on understanding our customer requirements and translating that into an improved customer experience.  Her experience as a Product Owner/ Project Manager for products in the education technology sector combined with her accomplishments as a Senior Web and UX/UI Designer will ensure the Ticknovate platform remains best-in-class whilst appealing to a broader audience.

“What excites me about my new role at Ticknovate is working together closely with the development team to help shape our ticketing solution and our customers to help grow their businesses. Having a strong background in User Experience, I see myself mainly as a customer ambassador and ultimately committed to the end-user; whether that is one of my colleagues, a customer using our products or a customer's customer, all of them trying to navigate their day-to-day as smoothly as possible. Our ticketing solution is packed with powerful functionality and I am looking forward to pushing the customer experience to another level making us and our product stand out even more in the competitor market.”

In her free time, Christiane enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, preferably by the sea - no matter the weather. She practice’s yoga and particularly enjoys Aerial Yoga. Christiane says,

“It's the most fun exercise to build strength without the dread of having to work too hard.”

Christiane has a 9-year-old son and tries to expose him to as many new experiences as possible which often pushes her own boundaries. She loves music and art as well as lazy weekends with her friends….and soon hopefully, a fun filled work environment, with her new colleagues.
